Becoming a Client:
All residents of Alameda County who are HIV positive and qualify as “low income” are eligible to enroll in our Client Services programs. We accept walk-ins and appointments for first timers. If you need to know more call and talk to a Case Manager: (510) 663-7979
We want to make sure that you get all of the HIV related services that you need when you arrive so make sure you know what to bring:
- Letter of Diagnosis dated within the last 30 days
- Proof of income
- Proof of Alameda County residency
- Photo ID
